We ship most orders from our studio in Naples, Florida using USPS and UPS.
We’re proud to offer shipping worldwide.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • We ship to the United States and internationally.

  • For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on location and customs.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

✦ Processing time

  • Most items are made to order and packed by hand with care.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–7 business days.

  • Some products may require additional production time.

✦ Shipping methods

  • We primarily use USPS for small to mid-sized items.

  • UPS Ground may be used for larger or fragile items.

  • Tracking is provided for all orders once shipped.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally — follow us for updates!

✦ Packaging

  • We use eco-friendly or recycled materials whenever possible.

  • Fragile items are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery.

私たちは、フロリダ州ネイプルスのスタジオから、世界中のお客様へ商品をお届けしています。
配送は主に USPS（アメリカ郵便局） と UPS を利用し、丁寧に梱包して発送しています。

以下の内容をご確認ください：

✦ 配送対象エリア

  • アメリカ国内および海外への配送に対応しています。

  • 海外発送の場合は、地域や通関状況によりお届けまでの日数が異なる場合があります。

  • 海外のお客様には、関税や輸入税が発生することがありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

✦ 発送までの日数

  • 多くの商品は **受注制作（Made to Order）**となっており、ご注文後にひとつずつ丁寧に梱包しています。

  • 通常、ご注文から 1〜7営業日以内に発送いたします。

  • 商品によっては追加の制作日数をいただく場合があります。

✦ 配送方法

  • 小型・中型の商品は USPS（米国郵便） にて発送いたします。

  • 割れ物や大型商品については、UPS Groundでお届けすることがあります。

  • 発送後は、すべてのご注文に追跡番号をお知らせいたします。

✦ 配送料金

  • 配送料は、お届け先の地域とご注文内容に応じてチェックアウト時に自動計算されます。

  • 不定期で送料無料キャンペーンを実施することがあります。
    　→ 最新情報はSNSやニュースレターでお知らせしています。

✦ 梱包について

  • 商品はできる限り **環境に配慮した梱包資材（再生紙やエコ素材）**を使用して丁寧にお包みします。

  • 特に壊れやすい商品については、十分な緩衝材で保護して発送いたします。

✦ 配送に関する問題

  • 発送後の配達遅延や紛失については、基本的に配送業者の責任となります。

  • もし、アメリカ国内では14日以上、海外では30日以上経っても商品が届かない場合は、お手数ですが以下のメールまでご連絡ください。
