We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, but we’re here to help if something goes wrong. Here’s what you need to know:

Most of our items are made to order, crafted with care just for you.

Many products are fragile, and returns often result in damage during transit.

Alley Gatto is a one-person studio, so we’re unable to accommodate large-scale return systems like big retailers.
We hope you understand that each item is created or selected with intention, and small variations or imperfections are part of the charm of handmade goods.

Alley Gattoでは、現在返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ただし、万が一何か問題があった場合には、誠意をもって対応させていただきます。以下をご確認ください。
✦ 現時点で返品をお受けしていない理由：

多くの商品が**受注制作（Made to Order）**で、ご注文を受けてから心を込めてお作りしています。

割れ物や繊細な商品が多く、返品の際に十分な梱包がされず破損して戻ってくるケースがあるためです。

当店は1人で運営している小さなスタジオのため、大手ショップのような大規模な返品体制には対応できません。
すべての商品は想いを込めて選び・制作しています。多少の個体差やゆらぎは、ハンドメイドの魅力としてご理解いただけると嬉しいです。
